Funny Memory – It was 1989, and we bought our first wheelchair van for our daughter Jess, who is non-ambulatory. I called my dad and told him that the windows on my new van rose and lowered, even when the engine was off! He was shocked by the high-tech perk and tried to figure out how it worked.
I let him off the hook and told him the windows were manual; I had to reach across the width of the van to grasp the handle. Electric windows were so commonplace that it never occurred to anyone that they weren’t automatic.

I have a new Heart Button (above)- The old button required you to have a wordpress account – Supposedly this button is just an easy click – Let me know if that is true! I will not ask this again on other posts – Unless, of course, this didn’t work – 😉
